A High Static Performance Hierarchical Three-Dimensional Shifted Completely Connected Network

In recent years, there has been a significant shift toward the adoption of “Internet Things (IoT)” era, in which vast amounts data are collected and processed, Artificial intelligence (AI) is used to make critical choices. When acting real-time, it vital use devices with lot computing power. MPC (Massively Parallel Computer) Two-dimensional (2D) design systems most powerful computers available. Unfortunately, they can’t meet need for advanced operation required by many applications. As result, invest developing high operational capacity that will current computational power consumption demands. This paper developed architecture two-dimensional Shifted Completely Connected Network (2D-SCCN) proposed three-dimensional (3D) network achieve greater performance. The shortest path protocol on (3D- SCCN) was established, tested computer simulator, compared based “shortest diameter”, average distance”, “lowest cost”, “moderate bisection width”, “high arc-connectivity” among other characteristics. “3D-SCCN” efficient method transmitting message between two nodes, increasing system’s real-time response capability.
